Pricing
Priced per business, not per contractor.
Payroll products in this category charge for every contractor you pay, which punishes you for looking at the payees you are least sure about. WithholdWatch charges for the workspace. Free is a real tier, not a trial: no card, no clock.
Paid plans are not on sale yet
WithholdWatch has not yet named its operating entity or governing jurisdiction, and does not take payment until it has. The terms and privacy pages say the same thing, and this is the code that holds them to it.

A feature marked In development is not yet something you can rely on. It is listed because it is what the tier will include, and it is marked because you should not pay for it expecting to use it this week. Where part of it has shipped, the note beside the name says which part. What is built and what is not is on the roadmap.
Every plan is federal only. WithholdWatch does not track state filing requirements, and states do not all follow the federal threshold.
Questions
Pricing questions
Is Free a trial?
No. It has no expiry and takes no card. It is capped at five contractors and one seat, which is enough for a business that wants to know whether it has a problem before it pays anyone to help.
What happens when I pass the contractor cap?
Nothing is deleted and nothing is hidden. You are asked to move up a tier before adding the next contractor, and your existing figures keep working.
Do you charge per contractor?
No. The cap is a cap, not a meter. Adding a payee you are unsure about should never cost you money, because those are the payees the product exists to find.
Can I cancel?
Yes, from your account page, and it takes effect at the end of the period you have already paid for. Your data stays readable on the Free tier within its caps.
Is there an annual plan?
Not today. Monthly only, so there is no annual commitment to unwind and no discount you have to ask for.
Do you offer a discount for accountants?
The Firm tier is the accountant plan: unlimited contractors, unlimited seats, Filing Readiness and priority support at one flat monthly price.
